My Keepon COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The prize consists of 1 My Keepon Interactive Toy.
2. The competition will be begin on Friday 23rd November 2012 at 16.00 GMT. The winner will be chosen and notified on Monday the 3rd of December 2012 at 20.00 GMT.
i, To enter a valid email address must be added to the Competition Facebook page here. To gain access to this page you must Like or already Like the asseenonthetv.co.uk Facebook page and still be ‘Liking' asseenonthetv.co.uk's Facebook page at the end of the competition on 03/12/2012.
ii, The winner will be chosen at random from a compiled list of Facebook entries and to comply with Facebook regulations the winner will be notified by email.
iii, Entry is via email address so we can inform winners. Your email will be stored securely and will never be sold or distributed to third parties. Entry is limited to one entry per email. By entering this competition you consent to being added to the asseenonthetv mailing list, meaning you will be informed about future competitions and receive occasional newsletters. You are of course free to unsubscribe from this mailing list via the unsubscribe link on any email we send.
3. There is no cash alternative.
4. The prize is non-transferable.
5. Entries for the competition will close on the December 3rd 2012 at 19.00 GMT
6. asseenonthetv does not take responsibility for any lost entries.
7. By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. The competition is not open to employees of asseenonthetv.
9. The competition is open to UK residents only.
10. This promotion shall be governed and construed by English law and is run by asseenonthetv.
11. The winner will be selected at random; asseenonthetv's decision will be final.
12. If you are a winner, you will contacted by email and you must claim your prize within 28 days of being notified. If contact is not made within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner's responsibility to notify asseenonthetv of any change in contact information.
