Christmas Stocking Fillers as seen on The Gadget Show

The ‘Christmas special' episode of Channel 5’s The Gadget Show had a whole host of great ideas for you to mull over as Christmas approaches, but the greatest of all were the brilliant stocking fillers. The Drum Machine T-Shirt is an ordinary t-shirt with a working drum machine attached to the front, so you can tap out sounds on the move. It comes with a mini amplifier which you can attach to your belt and also has a looping function. The Raspberry Pi is a credit card sized computer which is becoming a sensation in the science community. It’s fully programmable, can fit in your pocket and costs a mere £25. The Zapi Toothbrush Sanitiser sounds bizarre but is actually a clever little gizmo. It cleans your toothbrush by as much as 99% using germicidal ultraviolet light and takes just 6-7 minutes. The Makerbot Mixtape is a retro inspired MP3 player that looks exactly like a cassette, the idea being to bring back the beauty of mixtapes, only in the digital age. Finally, the Mu USB adapter is a seriously sleek design based on the award winning folding plug concept and works with all USB connecting smartphones, making charging on the move that much more compact.
